This app is designed for use by participants in employee wellness programs and health plan member programs that use Extracon’s wellness portal.
Our app allows:
- Tracking and reviewing your walking and running activity using HealthKit and/or iOSs CoreMotion framework.
- Using the camera to photo-log your weight as you step on a scale.
- Recording meals and the foods that you eat using descriptions and photos.
Data from Tracker is synched with the Extracon portal for use within your employer or health plan’s wellness and incentive programs.
You will need to log into this app using the Username and Password that you use for the Extracon wellness portal. If you don’t have a Username and Password yet, go to www.extracon.com and click “Register” before you download this app.
